Here is a mental trick for keeping yourself on your fitness path! Learn to appreciate ALL victories. Over the years I have worked with a lot of people desiring "the ideal figure." Most of them go through a mental block after seeing rapid success in the early phases. It's almost like the 10% body fat that they lost went completely un noticed. HOW and WHY would you rob yourself of such a great accomplishment? You just added around 10 good years to your life, KEEP IT UP! It is important to understand that usually the "ideal" figure in your head isn't ideal at all BC the image one refers to is someone else (model, actor, friend,), and has a completely different set of DNA that make them the way they are. For example, what you look like at 10% body fat and what your "ideal" image looks like at 10% could be drastically different. So what's the point? The point is that people poison themselves with "ideals," and as a result are missing out on THEIR beautiful triumph to the top! Stop chasing the pink dragon though the forest and LOVE the only thing that matters......YOU and YOUR personal victories!
