What It’s Like to Run Your First 5K at The Color Run

It can be hard for anyone to find the time to exercise while juggling the daily demands of work, school and family. As a paramedic school student working simultaneously towards a pre-medical degree at Indiana University Northwest, Alex, knows the challenges of balancing a demanding schedule. At this event, Alex gets to run with her friends, enjoy a beautiful view of the city and revel in completing her first official 5K, motivation for Alex to be fit.
