1. Are KIND Healthy Snacks gluten-free?
Our products are tested for gluten and meet FDA’s proposed requirement of 20ppm (0.002%) of gluten. Our manufacturing plant is dedicated gluten free and has a strict allergen control program.

2. Do your products contain Sulphur Dioxide?
Our products do NOT contain Sulphur dioxide.

3. Do your products contain Sorbitol?
Our products do not contain Sorbitol.

4. What is soluble dietary fiber?
Soluble dietary fiber is made from corn and is a source of fiber. Fiber is good for digestive health. Soluble fiber is good for heart health by lowering cholesterol. It is also good for diabetics because it lowers the blood sugar, and helps to curb hunger and feel satiety.

5. What is Maize?
We use soluble dietary fiber from corn (aka maize).

6. Do KIND Healthy Snacks contain beet sugar?
No, they do not contain beet sugar.

7. Are any of your products sweetened with agave?
None of our products are sweetened with agave.

8. Do Kind Snacks contain any grains?
At this time, we only use gluten-free crisp rice in our products.

9. Are KIND Healthy Snacks Kosher?
Kind Snacks are not currently Kosher, but we are working towards certification. Please check back with us as this may change in the future.

10. Are all KIND Healthy Snacks considered low GI?
13 of our 15 KIND Healthy Snacks are considered low GI foods. Walnut & Date and Almond Cashew + Omega 3 are currently the only flavors which are not considered low GI foods.
