Shipping & Delivery FAQ

1. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are currently unable to ship outside of the Continental US. We are, however, working towards this option. Please check back with us, as this can change in the future.

2. How do you ship and what is the cost?
We ship via Federal Express. Please note that shipping is FREE on all KIND Advantage orders. For all other orders, shipping charges are as follows:
 • FedEx Ground: $6.95
 • FedEx 2^nd Day: $14.95

3. Can you ship to my PO Box?
We ship via Federal Express. Unfortunately they do not deliver to a PO Box.

4. Can you ship to an APO or FPO address?
We ship via Federal Express. Unfortunately they do not deliver to APO or FPO addresses.

5. How long will it take my order to ship?
All orders process in approximately 24 business hours.

6. Will I receive tracking information for my order?
A shipment confirmation containing the FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.
