    We absolutely love our snacks, and we’re confident that you will too! At KIND, we craft delicious and wholesome foods made from ingredients you can see & pronounce.®. Stringent measures are taken to ensure the integrity of our snacks, from sourcing our quality ingredients, to the second you take your first bite! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please send the product back to us. We will exchange or replace the product, or issue a refund if the order was placed on our website. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired and in the same condition in which it was received, in the original box and/or packaging.     Are KIND products gluten-free?

    Yes, all KIND products are gluten-free. Our products are tested for gluten and meet FDA’s proposed requirement of 20ppm (0.002%) of gluten.

    Are all your ingredients non-GMO?

    Yes, all of our ingredients are indeed non-GMO, as indicated on our packaging. This includes our soy; our soy comes from Identity Preserved Soybeans (NON-GMO soybeans). Additionally, our gluten-free oats are non-GMO Project verified.

    Are all KIND products Kosher?

    • KIND Fruit & Nut bars are certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union. Fruit & Nut bars not containing Dairy (chocolate or yogurt) are Parve (OU), and bars containing dairy are OU-D.
    • KIND Healthy Grains are certified Kosher OU-D by the Orthodox Union.
    • KIND Healthy Grain Bars are certified Kosher Parve (OU) by the Orthodox Union.
    *KIND products are not Kosher for Passover.

    Do your products contain Sulphur Dioxide?

    Our products do NOT contain Sulphur dioxide.

    Is your palm kernel oil sustainable?

    KIND supports the use of sustainable palm kernel oil, is a member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), and sources all of our palm kernel oil from RSPO-certified suppliers.

    Where are KIND products made?

    KIND products are proudly made in the United States.

    Do your products contain Sorbitol?

    Our products do not contain Sorbitol.

    Do KIND Fruit & Nut bars contain any grains?

    At this time, we only use gluten-free crisp rice in our Fruit & Nut bars.

    What measures do you take against cross-contamination?

    Our manufacturing facilities follow strict regulations and have implemented the HACCP program to ensure product safety. An Allergen Management Plan is included in this program. We perform a full line cleanse when transitioning from allergen containing products, which includes testing for any allergenic protein to ensure the line is free of any previous allergens. These allergens include peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, sesame and soy.

    We ship via Federal Express. Please note that shipping is FREE on all KIND Advantage orders. For all other orders, shipping charges are as follows:

    May I customize my case?

    We do not offer the ability to customize our cases at this time. In the meantime, check out one of our several different mixed cases, each containing combinations of our most popular flavors. We also offer single-flavor cases, which allow you to purchase a case of your personal favorite.

    Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, we are currently unable to ship outside of the Continental US. We are, however, working towards this option. Please check back with us, as this can change in the future.

    How long will it take my order to ship?

    All orders process in approximately 1-5 business days.

    Will I receive tracking information for my order?

    A shipment confirmation containing the FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.
