Controling Blood Sugars

I researched the foods I could have that would stop my cravings for sweets and not send my blood sugar to the moon.
I found the Fruit and Nut Delight and have been hooked every since.
Trying to find a store that sells them here in the "sticks" is not easy.
I am glad to find them on the net.

While traveling back to my old neighborhood to visit family I found a nice little coffee house where there was once a furniture store.
So every morning as we took our morning walk we would get our coffee on our way bak with one of these wonderful fruit bars and we have had to hunt to find them ever since.
So my mother found them for me at a local natural store and this time I kept the wrapper to order them so we wouldnt have to hunt anymore.
