I tried these a year ago due to a new Gluten allergy and they are by far the best Tastiest, Healthiest snack for everyone including gluten free people. I showed the package ingredients to my fitness trainer and she was so impressed with the nutrition content that she is sharing that with all her clients.
Love them, great as a snack, on yogurt or with almond mild for breakfast!!!!

I absolutely love this stuff! I came across it almost by accident when shopping at my Weis Markets Grocery store. I am an avid Natural Bodybuilder and I had been looking for some type of quality carbohydrate to eat with my Beverly International UMP Protein shakes. I wanted to find something other than just plain old fashioned oatmeal and the Kind Brand Grains work really well!
Between the Peanut Butter, Oats & Honey and the Vanilla Blueberry with Flax Seeds, it is difficult to decide on my favorite---I usually buy all 3 at once and just rotate between the 3 during the day. They all taste so great it can be difficult to limit myself to the 1/3 cup serving size at each meal, but I normally do. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful whole grain carbohydrate that also tastes amazing. I love the fact that the ingredients are all natural and the ingredient list is pretty short and to the point. Kind brand stands for Integrity if you ask me! Keep up the great work guys!
