Samples of the new energy bars constantly stream through our office, but none have tasted as good as KIND Fruit + Nut, bars packed with fresh nuts and dried fruit flavored with fruit juice, yogurt and honey.
The best part is the bars are handmade in Australia by PeaceWorks, which donates 5 percent of profits toward peace efforts in the Middle East.
Caveat emptor: One reason the bars taste so good is that they contain between 7 and 14 grams of fat per serving.
