Nutrition expert, Rania Batayneh, recommends fiber-rich back-to-school snacks for kids

Nutrition expert, Rania Batayneh, visited CBS Portland to help parents plan healthy back to school lunches that will keep kids focused throughout the day. Rania recommended planning meals that pair protein and carbohydrates together with fiber and recommended KIND Almond & Apricot as a mid-afternoon snack that immediately ups a child’s daily fiber intake 5 grams!
