Nutrition expert, Sharon Richter, visited NY1 to let viewers know that snacking, when done correctly, can be an important tool for maintaining a healthy weight. Citing a study recently published in the Journal of Human Nutrition & Dietetics, Sharon recommended snacking on nutritionally rich snacks like KIND to get the right combination of heart healthy fats, protein and fiber that will keep you fuller longer. Sharon suggested incorporating snacks like KIND into snacking regimen as frequently as twice a day to keep your appetite (and waistline!) in check.
