Snack on KIND for a mid-day energy boost

Nutrition expert, Christina Meyer-Jax, visited CBS Minnesota to share the top energy-rich foods that help to provide a mid-day boost. For breakfast, Christina advised against consuming simple carbohydrates and coffee, which often cause afternoon crashes, and recommended swapping in KIND bars – full of protein and fiber – to keep you out of a slump, instead!
