SHAPE magazine stepped in to help sort the good from the bad … and KIND topped the list of good options. On the contrary, SHAPE warned readers to watch out for nutrition bars like PowerBar, NatureValley and ThinkThin, which claim to be “all-natural” yet have a list of ingredients that are difficult to recognize or pronounce. SHAPE cautioned that if you see “malitol,” “glycerin,” and “sodim caseinate,” you’ll probably want to steer clear, as your body won’t know what to do with these!
