Nutrition expert, Julie Hammerstein, visited CW Denver to help us plan healthy summer desserts that taste great without all the sugar! Julie recommended crumbling tasty, protein-rich KIND bars over a Greek yogurt with freshly sliced plums for a non-sugary after-dinner snack!
