NYLON Magazine chooses KIND as their afternoon office snack

NYLON Magazine revealed that fashion editors don’t always turn to cleansing juices as their afternoon snack but often look for more nutrient dense and tasty snacks like KIND bars to fill them up. Inspired by KIND and Bobbi Brown’s recent partnership to help support the development of a new KIND Kitchen at the Broome Street Academy in NYC, editors are also giving away five of Bobbi Brown’s Eat Pretty Powerful cubes, filled with 20 KIND Nuts & Spices bars.

Make KIND Nuts & Spices a summer Must Have – Our friends at the Sugar Network can help!

Wherever your summer travels take you, we recommend making sure you have all your summer must-haves packed and ready to go! Our savvy friends at the Sugar Network recently packed up a bag of their favorite Must Haves, including all the items that can help you stay KIND both inside and out all summer long.

We can’t say we were too surprised to discover that Lisa Sugar and her team selected the new KIND Nuts & Spices as the one-and-only snack completing their perfect Must Have Bag — expressing their sheer joy in finding a snack that is at once both healthy AND delicious (especially amongst a sea of deceptively less healthy or bad tasting options!). In case you haven’t yet tried the new KIND Nuts & Spices – they are our newest line of bars finely crafted from the highest quality whole nuts and nature’s most delicious spices. Each KIND Nuts & Spices bar is a good source of protein, high in fiber and contains only 5g of sugar (or less). And nothing artificial.

The Sugar team noted that like all KIND snacks, the ingredients found in KIND Nuts & Spices are just as simple as their name sake: whole nuts and nature’s most delicious spices – making them a perfect pick-me-up for any 3 p.m. slumps, as well as an ideal way to start their morning.

For all those fitness fiends, FitSugar editor, Michele Foley, noted that she is “…currently crushing on the Madagascar Vanilla Almond bar. Full of protein and fiber but not too sweet, it makes the perfect post-workout snack. I especially love that you can pronounce — and identify! — all the ingredients. They’re so tasty you’ll swear you’re eating something decadent, but there’s nothing to feel guilty about here.” Even Lisa Sugar’s 2 and 6 year-old daughters are fans.

Best of all, the amazing team at Sugar Network chose Madagascar Vanilla Almond and Cashew & Ginger Spice to share with all of you fellow KINDAHOLICS – how KIND is that? So what are you waiting for? Reserve your August Must Have Bag now and get on your way to KINDER summer! http://musthave.popsugar.com/July-POPSUGAR-Must-Have-Bag-24121985.

How KIND and Kindness took over EXPO West

At this year’s Natural Products Expo West show, both KIND and kindness were in full force! KIND was on the scene to help show exhibitors and attendees alike how to Do the KIND Thing for their bodies, their taste buds, AND the world — by introducing our brand new line of bars, KIND Nuts & Spices, and by inviting everyone to get spotted Doing the KIND Thing!

What does it mean to Do the KIND Thing? It could mean anything from wearing KIND gear (KIND tee shirts were everywhere!), eating KIND products (KIND Bars and KIND Healthy Grains!) or most importantly, by surprising other show goers with unexpected acts of kindness.

Thousands of show attendees swarmed the KIND booth and then covered the show floor with kindness. Each day, we invited everyone to our booth for a very special “KIND Happy Hour” and a raffle drawing featuring KIND  tunes, cocktails, healthy snacks and more.  Three lucky winners each day (9 winners in total) were selected to win a year’s supply of KIND, an iPad and the chance to make the BIG KIND Act of their dreams come true!

We were proud to be able to pay back the kindness we had been seeing all over the show to each of our winners, including our very special grand prize winner– Bob Tatarchuk – who is currently dreaming up the BIG KIND Act that he will make happen in person with KIND. Along with the KIND team, Bob will be able to improve the lives of a group of people who he believes really needs it…how KIND is that?

Thanks to all who joined KIND at the show! And to those who missed out, you will have a chance to see how KIND raises the bar at next year’s show!
