Subscribing is a convenient way to receive regular deliveries of your favorite KIND products at 10% off kindsnacks.com retail pricing! You'll also receive free shipping on all subscription orders within the contiguous United States. You can start a subscription by selecting the subscribe option on a product page and checking out.
You can change your next order date, skip an order, change your selected frequency or cancel a subscription by logging into your account and clicking “manage my subscription” at the bottom of your account page. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next shipment date.
To change your shipping address for your subscription, log into your account and click “manage my subscription” at the bottom of your account page. Underneath each upcoming order you will see a shipping address listed. You can edit your shipping address for a specific subscription shipment by clicking “edit” beneath the shipping address.
In order to cancel a subscription order, it must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the next ship date. To cancel a subscription item, please visit the subscription section of your account page and click 'cancel' next to the appropriate item. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once your request is submitted, your subscription will be cancelled, and no future orders will be placed. You will receive an email notification confirming this action.
