As fall weather starts to set in around us, so does our craving for apples. Nothing can match autumn’s crisp air quite like an equally crisp and refreshing apple. In fact, our CEO pairs an apple with a STRONG & KIND bar every single day. And we all know what the doctor says about an apple a day.

For some apple inspiration, we’ve teamed up with celebrity chef, Paula Hankin, to create irresistible recipes to take your apples to the next level!

KIND Healthy Grains® PB&J Parfait

Ingredients:
1 peeled Red Delicious apple, finely chopped
KIND Healthy Grains® Peanut Butter Whole Grains Clusters
Greek yogurt
Goji berries

Parfait Construction:
Place one layer of chopped apples in the bottom of the glass.
Add layer of yogurt, then Goji berries. Finally top with KIND Healthy Grains® Clusters.
Repeat process until you reach the top of the glass
