5 super grain blend

Naturally gluten free for the last 10,000 years, these little grains and seeds (Yes, Buckwheat is actually the seed of a flowering fruit!) pack a nutty flavor and make this whole grain party much more tasty then oats alone.

berry mix

We use berries picked at peak ripeness after a full summer of sunshine: specifically Cranberries and Raspberries for a sweet, tart mix bursting with flavor.

chia seed

Although they're the same seeds that you sprouted in a terracotta figurine as a child, chia seeds are actually nutrient dense whole grains that add a nutty flavor and a slight crunch to our recipes. Who knew?

I'm trying really hard to eat less junk...I discovered these at my local drugstore and thought I'd give them a shot because I had been reading many articles about the benefits of eating chia seeds. I am hooked! They're not too sweet, they're nutty and crunchy and perfect for a quick breakfast, which I usually tend to skip. And of course with the chia, it keeps me full until lunchtime. Now I want to try the clusters with chia. Good job, KIND!

Not good

I like other Kind bars, but not these. I was able to eat it (with the help of a lot of liquid), but they really aren't very good.

So Filling!

Never thought I'd be leaving a review for a breakfast bar. The Raspberry Chia bar has changed my perspective on if healthy, bar-shaped food can actually be delicious. The answer is yes! I love this bar, it's extremely filling and I like the subtle not overly-sweet taste of the raspberry. Why stop at breakfast? I also take this bar on the go before I'm heading to the gym after work. It keeps me full long enough for 1.5 gym workout and drive home--when I finally have a chance to eat dinner. Thanks Kind!

My Go-to Breakfast

These are my fave! They are the perfect balance of crunchy and chewy. I chose these for the added chia, and I have been hooked since. For my diet, these have been my primary breakfast choice (every other day at least!) and I have lost 40 lbs in 8 months. Now I am not saying this is a "diet food." But for logging meals with the myfitnesspal app and watching
Macros, this is my tasty go-to breakfast choice that I don't have to think about. And autoship now keeps me stocked so I am never out.
