KIND Healthy Snacks has taken security measures in order to safeguard against the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. When making purchases through our secure server, you are protected by Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) technology, used by most browsers, including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome. This technology allows us to utilize advanced encryption in order to protect the information transmitted between your computer and our server. Any personal information you enter on our website, including your name and credit card information, is securely dispatched over the Internet.

2. Am I able to stop my KIND Advantage shipments?
You can place your KIND Advantage account on hold at any time, as well as reinstate it, simply by logging into your account at https://kindsnacks.com/customer/account/login.

3. How do you ship and what is the cost?
We ship via Federal Express. Please note that shipping is FREE on all KIND Advantage orders. For all other orders, shipping charges are as follows:
 • FedEx Ground: $6.95
 • FedEx 2^nd Day: $14.95

4. Can you ship to my PO Box?
We ship via Federal Express. Unfortunately they do not deliver to a PO Box.

5. Are KIND Healthy Snacks gluten-free?
Our products are tested for gluten and meet FDA’s proposed requirement of 20ppm (0.002%) of gluten.

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

4. How do I cancel or edit my order?
Because our orders process quickly, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

1. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are currently unable to ship outside of the Continental US. We are, however, working towards this option. Please check back with us, as this can change in the future.

5. How long will it take my order to ship?
All orders process in approximately 1 business day.

6. Will I receive tracking information for my order?
A shipment confirmation containing the FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.

1. Are KIND Healthy Snacks gluten-free?
Our products are tested for gluten and meet FDA's proposed requirement of 20ppm (0.002%) of gluten. Our manufacturing plant is dedicated gluten free and has a strict allergen control program.

2. Do your products contain Sulphur Dioxide?
Our products do NOT contain Sulphur dioxide.

3. Do your products contain Sorbitol?
Our products do not contain Sorbitol.

4. What is soluble dietary fiber?
Soluble dietary fiber is made from corn and is a source of fiber. Fiber is good for digestive health. Soluble fiber is good for heart health by lowering cholesterol. It is also good for diabetics because it lowers the blood sugar, and helps to curb hunger and feel satiety.

5. Do KIND Healthy Snacks contain beet sugar?
No, they do not contain beet sugar.

6. Are any of your products sweetened with agave?
None of our products are sweetened with agave.

7. Do KIND Bars contain grains?
At this time, we only use gluten-free crisp rice in our fruit and nut bars.

8. Are KIND Healthy Snacks Kosher?
KIND snack bars are now certified Kosher snack bars by the Orthodox Union-the world's most recognized and trusted kosher certifying party.

9. Are all KIND Healthy Snacks considered low GI?
