This is a junior-level position in PeaceWorks Sales and Marketing division. The new team member will work hand-in hand with the PeaceWorks Sales Team to help them oversee regional and national sales programs and stay in touch with key customers. This position requires an assertive, hard-working, outgoing, and persistent individual with good organizational and interpersonal skills, fit for a fast-paced, challenging position that will offer/demand a lot of responsibility and professional growth, including training to become a Regional Sales Manager. This is a mid-level position in the PeaceWorks Sales Team, with responsibility for an entire sales region. Responsibilities include: developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and plans; managing distributors, retailers, and brokers; establishing, maintaining and increasing business with customers. This is an entry-level position in the PeaceWorks Marketing Division. This new team member will collaborate with the New Product Development and Marketing Coordinator to develop compelling grassroots and online marketing campaigns, work closely with the sales team to expand trade marketing, collaborate with Communications Manager to support PR efforts. The new team member will be responsible for online customer service and maintenance, acquire and manage affiliates, implement and promote online Media and Marketing campaigns, Tradeshow planning, develop and implement events & marketing stunts to strenghten brand awareness.
We are looking for a charismatic individual who has an entrepreneurial can-do spirit who is looking to learn how a socially-responsible business operates. Love for all natural, specialty foods is a must. Ideally the candidate has 1-3 years of working experience, e-commerce background or guerrilla marketing focus.
